Big news coming for brides and grooms!
My brother Alex and I have been searching for a cool place to offer as a place for wedding, rehearsal lunchs and dinners,
business meetings, family gartherings and reunions. We think we have a perfecr spot nestled in the foothills near San Jose.
It has a small creek that runs through it, a 40 foot tall tree lined driveway to the motorcourt, big rolling green lawns, pretty flowers all wrapped around a 5000 square foot 1920s Spanish style mansion with hradwood floors and a grand staircase.
There are several second floor balconies to see pover your party too. The bride will love the huge bedroom with surround mirrors to change between events with a private bathroom that will be remodeled right away. You know the groom is not supposed to see the bride in her dress until its time to walk down the aisle.The groom and the grooms men will have their own personal rooms also and seperate bath areas. This will be the first time this estate has been available for public events. People will be able to bring in their own caterers and service staff so you can have it just the way you want.The total size of the property is 40 acres so there is plenty of easy parking and privacy. Alex is a California Culinary Academy graduate of 1982. in matter of fact he graduated with the top grade ever given from this prestigious chef school in San Francisco CA. Rapazzini Winery and The Garlic Shoppe are our current businesses in Gilroy CA. This is the 20th anniversary for The original Garlic Shoppe and Rapazzini Winery has been in business for 43 years. We hope you will feature our wines at your event including our famous Almond Champagne and perhaps our dessert wine Apribella a delicate apricot and peach wine that only we make. We are so excited!!!!
